Nomasei reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular as regards the availability of the products, a problem concerning the order received, an abnormal order, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made, or a dispute relating to a previous order. In this case, Nomasei will inform the customer no later than 5 working days after registration of the order, and proceed without delay to refund the customer.

In case of unavailability of one of the products of an order, the rest of the order is shipped.

Article 4: Price

Nomasei reserves the right to change prices at any time but agrees to apply the rates in effect that have been indicated at the time of placing the order, subject to their availability on that date.

Article 5: Terms of payment and security

The payment is made by credit card on a secure bank server or using a Paypal account.

The credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never transit in the clear over the network. Payment is made directly to Crédit Agricole. Article 6: Retention of title

The products remain the property of Nomasei until full payment of the order.

Article 7: Terms and delivery times

A maximum delay of 3 working days after the registration of the order may be necessary to send the order, excluding special operations. The ordered product is sent by the postal circuit, colissimo followed, to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Deliveries in Corsica are only made by Colissimo. Delivery is free in France for orders over 300 euros and is the responsibility of the customer for any order outside this area.


For deliveries abroad, the customer has the option to choose, at his expense, delivery via UPS.


The customer has 14 days to return his parcel. For customers living in France and some European countries (see FAQ), the return is free, except for products discounted or sold. A brochure which details the procedure to follow for the return of the products, is delivered with each order.
