How to return an item?

We make refunds. If you make the request within 15 days after delivery, and your order is returned in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, NOMASEI can refund your order or proceed to a credit. In case of refund, we will credit your bank account with the amount of the returned item.

Return shipping costs are offered for France and some European countries.

For France, your order is delivered with a Colissimo return prepaid label.

How to return an international order outside France and Europe?

For free return in Europe, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. Write to us at contact@nomasei.com to let us know your return request.
  2. We send your request to our logistics platform to inform them of your request.
  3. The logistics platform sends you a return label when possible for the following countries: France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
  4. You can drop off your return at the post office closest to you.

Only items returned in a new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the “return request” duly completed, will be accepted.

For Returns from other countries, it is at the expense of the customers. You can choose the courier of your choice and send back the product to the address above.

How long can I have to return an item?

You have 15 days to return the package to us from the moment you received it. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.

Who pays for the return costs?

If the product does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 15 clear days from the date of delivery of the parcel to return the product/s to us.

The return is offered only for metropolitan France and some European countries without a minimum. For international, the return costs are at the expense of the customers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can not edit the content of an order that has been confirmed. You will need to make a cancellation request to contact@nomasei.com from your account.
